USER'S MANUAL
PHANTOM X Security System includes the following equipment:
1-9 PHANTOM X Camera TOWERS (depending on order)
1 Data UpLink TOWER (DuT) (if added)

INSTALLATION:
Installation must be done by or under the supervision of a qualified DOWNING SECURITY LLC technician if renting.
DOWNING SECURITY LLC provides free delivery and installation for qualifying zipcodes for all PHANTOM X Security Systems.

Data UpLink TOWER (DuT)
1. Position the Data UpLink TOWER on the property with clear line of sight to all desired receiving locations. (Anywhere you want to put a PHANTOM X Camera TOWER is a receiving location.)
2. Secure DuT in place with any desired locks, cables or tethers.
3. Plug DuT directly into client router using included CAT8 cable.
4. Turn DuT power to ON. Note: ALWAYS plug DuT into router first, before powering on.
5. After setting configuaration, DuT will automatically connect system wifi devices, ALARMS and PHANTOM X Camera TOWERS to client network.
WARNING: DuT CONTAINS SMALL MOVING PARTS. DO NOT MOVE OR TILT WHILE IN OPERATION
ALWAYS PLACE TOWER INTO DESIRED POSITION BEFORE POWERING ON OR USING ANY CONTROLS OR FUNCTIONS.
Failing to adhere to this WARNING can/may void or breach any related warranties, contracts or agreements.

PHANTOM X Camera TOWER
1. Position the PHANTOM X Camera TOWER on the property with a clear line of sight to the DuT.
2. Secure PHANTOM X in place with any desired locks, cables or tethers.
3. Plug PHANTOM X into power. Secure power cord connection with included cord connection locking device.
4. PHANTOM X will automatically power ON, and connect to DuT and client network.
WARNING: DO NOT USE PTZ CAMERA FUNCTIONS WHILE MOVING OR TILTING TOWER. THIS MAY CAUSE CAMERA TO SEIZE OR STOP FUNCTIONING.
ALWAYS PLACE TOWER INTO DESIRED POSITION BEFORE USING ANY CONTROLS OR FUNCTIONS.

NOTE: PHANTOM X was designed to be mobile and may be moved or tilted while powered on, so long as NO PTZ controls or functions are operated while doing so.

PHANTOM X Camera TOWERS include the following features:
(PHANTOM X Pro, PHANTOM X Deluxe and PHANTOM X Premier may have more or less features depending on model)
1. x1 PTZ Front Camera and cover
Use ReoLink Mobile App to view camera footage and control
PTZ Front Camera features including: Pan Tilt Zoom, spotlight, talk down speaker, siren, night vision, auto-track, auto-detect and recording modes.
Cameras have covers above them extending just beyond length of camera for snow, rain, sun protection.

2. x2 Wide Angle Side Cameras and covers
Use ReoLink Mobile App to view camera footage and control
Wide Angle Side Camera features including spotlight, siren, talk down speaker, night vision, auto-track, auto-detect and recording modes.
Cameras have covers above them extending just beyond length of camera for snow, rain, sun protection.

3. x1 Dome Camera with bubble shield and cover
Use ReoLink Mobile App to view camera footage and control Dome Camera features including spotlight, siren, talk down speaker, night vision, auto-track, auto-detect and recording modes.
Cameras have covers above them extending just beyond length of camera for snow, rain, sun protection. Dome Cameras have an additional acrylic dome covering the entire camera for added protection.

4. x1 5-head LED Floodlight
Floodlight will power on automatically when tower is plugged in to power.
Floodlight has 5 poseable LED light heads, can each be positioned individually.
To adjust floodlight settings, turn dial knob on bottom of motion sensor housing:
Motion sensor mode: light will illuminate when sensor detects motion.
Dawn to Dusk mode: light will come on at night and turn off during the day.
NOTE: Floodlight is hardwired to TOWER and does NOT have ON/OFF switch.

5. X1 16-20 LED strobe light set
Strobe lights will activate when cameras detect motion or ALARMS are triggered. Configure ALARM/detection settings in/with ReoLink Mobile App, DuT and Dakota Alert Instructions Manual

SYSTEM is NOT a replacement for on site guard services, fire alarms, police or other emergency responders.
SYSTEM is designed to be an extension of pre exisisting on site security services.
SYSTEM IS NOT FOR USE BY MINORS OR UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL. (MINORS, defined as individuals under the age of 18 years old).
DO NOT ALLOW MINORS OR UNAUTHORIZED PERSONNEL TO MOVE OR OPERATE TOWERS OR ANY SYSTEM COMPONENTS.
-DO NOT operate or attempt to move TOWERS or any other components of SYSTEM
while under the influence of drugs, alcohol or prescription medication.
-KEEP TOWER and DuT tethered and/or locked when in use/operation.
-NOTICE: This system is for private, residential use only. It is not certified for use in commercial, industrial, or public settings.
Installation or use in a non-certified setting may violate local building codes and could result in fire, electrical shock, or injury.

-Do not use the PHANTOM X system OR Camera Tower KITS if the power cord or plug is damaged.
-Do not expose the system to excessive moisture, or any liquids.
